About Me

Its time for me to disclose by beautiful long name “Venkata Suneetha Veerubhotla”

I’ve worked in technology for around 20 years, so I’ve developed some very specialized skills: staying calm during production issues, smiling during reorgs, translating executive requests into actual requirements, and identifying when “quick question” is absolutely not going to be a quick question.
I’ve worked with developers, executives, clients, product teams, data scientists, vendors, and pretty much every personality type known to corporate America.
These days, I spend a lot of time learning about AI.
Mostly because I’m fascinated by it.
Partly because after 20 years of attending meetings, I’m extremely supportive of any technology that might attend some of them for me.
I love solving problems, mentoring people, building teams, and bringing structure to chaos.
So if something is complicated, cross-functional, slightly confusing, and needs to be done yesterday—I’m probably interested.

Give me engineers, executives, clients, a complicated problem, conflicting priorities, and a whiteboard, and I’m quite happy.

At home, however, my ability to influence stakeholders is regularly tested by my children—who remain unimpressed by my experience managing senior executives.
That keeps me humble.
